Years of harsh winters and deferred maintenance had taken a toll on this Stowe home. The south-facing wall of the sunroom required a full exterior rebuild, including the careful removal and reconstruction of the existing door and window assemblies. Rather than replacing a Marvin kitchen window, we preserved it through precise on-site repairs. All new sills and the door threshold were custom milled on site for an exact fit.

The project was completed with the installation of all-new cedar decking across the home’s multi-level deck system, restoring both function and appearance.
